We recognize that there may be some concern with receiving packages that may have LGBTQ Apparel type markings so we have simplified our shipping markings.
Our items are shipped in plain packaging with a simple “TSHIRT DEPOT” shipping label & packing slip.
You may also expect to see “TSHIRT DEPOT” on your credit card statement.
We accept American Express, Discover, MasterCard, Visa, JCB as well as PayPal.

It can take up to 3 business days for processing and and additional 1-2 weeks for delivery on apparel items. Due to high demand on some items (non-apparel) please allow 2-4 weeks for delivery.

Yes, we are now shipping globally to many international locations. Please note that we are only able to offer free shipping for order shipping to the US.
Tracking information is available once the item has shipped. You will receive email notification at the time your item ships, include tracking information. Additionally, you may track your order status in My Account under the “orders” tab.
If you have a change of heart, need to change or add a product, update the shipping information or have mistakenly ordered the wrong item, please notify us as soon as possible. Once an order is fulfilled, we will not be able to make any changes and you will need to wait to receive the item. Please refer to our Shipping & Return Policy for additional details.
FREE Shipping is always offered for all orders placed on LGBTQTshirtDepot.com shipping in the US. Customer’s may also elect to sign up on our mailing list to be notified of sales, giveaways and discount codes. Sign up below.
Sizes may vary depending on the manufacturer. A sizing chart is available on all of our products. Please note that many of our clothing choices are unisex sizing, which can mean a lot of different things. We have noted additional details about fit and shape based on reviews that customers have provided about that particular style.

Our manufacturer applies a pre-treatment solution to all garments before printing, designed to increase the life of the graphic or text. In some instances, the solution added may leave a smell a or a stranger odor (often described as vinegar). This is not expected to happen frequently.
Unfortunately, this can’t be completely avoided, some fabrics absorb the solution differently, and based on the design different amount are applied. If this is the case with your product, do not worry, it will wash out after the first cycle!
Taking care of our environment is important to us. In fact, many of our products are “Eco-friendly” meaning they use less water, produce less waste and operate energy efficient machines.
Additionally, our hosting provider partners with the Bonneville Environmental Foundation (BEF) in Portland, Oregon. “BEF” is also a recognized Green Power Partner by the U.S. EPA and they work with wind farms. They share with them our annual energy consumption and then in turn purchases 3x times that amount of power in the form of wind energy credits. This offsets the energy we consume plus 2 other similar sized companies. Therefore, LGBTQTshirtDepot.com is CARBON NEGATIVE.
Additionally, we try to do our best to minimize waste in packaging and source eco-friendly packaging materials. Many of our packaging materials are either recyclable or biodegradable. Bubble wraps are made from a minimum of 15% recycled plastic and 10% post-consumer content. Our kraft tubes are made from 70-100% post-consumer recycled content and 0-30% secondary recycled content.
